Gift vouchers ordered before 12 noon will be issued and dispatched on the same (working) day.

Working days are Monday to Friday of any week excluding any public or bank holidays. If a gift voucher is ordered after 12 noon on a Friday, it will be issued and dispatched on the following Monday.

UK Special Delivery guarantees next day delivery, however voucher must be issued before 12 noon Monday to Friday. If the voucher is ordered on a Friday before 12 noon, it will be issued and dispatched on the same day, however the Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery until the following Monday.

Belfry vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable. Monetary vouchers can be exchanged for goods and services at The Belfry only and no change will be issued for purchases under the voucher value. For expiry dates see vouchers enclosed. Vouchers cannot be redeemed until at least 3 days after the purchase date. Vouchers cannot be redeemed within 72 hours of purchase.

Once you’ve selected your gift experiences(s), add them to your ‘bag’ and pay via our checkout, which has the highest level of security protection in place.
We’ll then send your order to you (via email or post) to either yourself or the recipient (you choose options when you are in the checkout) within hours of purchase. Your gift voucher will be presented and packaged in your selected venue’s branded stationery.
