Gift vouchers ordered before 12 noon will be issued and dispatched on the same (working) day.
Working days are Monday to Friday of any week excluding any public or bank holidays. If a gift voucher is ordered after 12 noon on a Friday, it will be issued and dispatched on the following Monday.
UK Special Delivery guarantees next day delivery, however voucher must be issued before 12 noon Monday to Friday. If the voucher is ordered on a Friday before 12 noon, it will be issued and dispatched on the same day, however the Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery until the following Monday.
This Gift Voucher features a unique reference ID code and cannot be extended beyond the expiry date shown on the front of the voucher. It may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable. The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience. If not presented, an alternative method of payment will be required. This Gift Voucher can only be used against the items stated. This voucher must be entirely redeemed at one time. No change or cash back will be given and no voucher for the difference will be issued. No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings are necessary and you must advise that you wish to redeem a voucher at time of booking. Dates and times are subject to availability. Date restrictions may apply.
