Gift vouchers ordered before 12 noon will be issued and dispatched on the same (working) day.

Working days are Monday to Friday of any week excluding any public or bank holidays. If a gift voucher is ordered after 12 noon on a Friday, it will be issued and dispatched on the following Monday.

UK Special Delivery guarantees next day delivery, however voucher must be issued before 12 noon Monday to Friday. If the voucher is ordered on a Friday before 12 noon, it will be issued and dispatched on the same day, however the Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery until the following Monday.

This gift voucher features a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable or refundable. The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience. No photocopies of the original voucher will be accepted. Advance bookings are necessary and are subject to availability. Cancellation of a booking might render the voucher null & void. 7 days notice must be given to change booking dates or £10 will be charged.
